Thamm Real Estate wanted to save a historic building from 1900 (Gründerzeit) in the center of Berlin. They needed to communicate their new vision to bring the building back to life—from the ground level up to the intricate top terraces. We created this full 3D animation film to model everything and help them get support for their vision restore the beautiful building to a modern, livable space.
